From the moment you contact us with the decommissioning of your project, we will manage your contract and meet your requirements with professionalism and attention to detail. You can rely on our commitment to quality, regardless of the size of the contract.
The first step is a site visit where we determine the scope of the project and identify any special requirements (such as reclamation and recycling of materials for future on-site use). You will then have the opportunity to fully discuss and explore any issues that are important to you.
We will complete a full Demolition/Construction Phase Plan and Risk Assessment and will identify at this early stage any potential presence of deleterious materials- and plan their safe handling and removal. If necessary, we work in partnership with specialists in site remediation.
The next step in the process is the controlled demolition of the structures and the safe handling and removal of unwanted materials to licensed landfills.
Finally, after site clearance, the area is left clean and tidy with all hazards removed. Refuse is taken to landfills and any reclaimed resources are stored safely on-site, ready for use.
